1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using First 10 Weeks ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Program.

2. The Program

First 10 Weeks is an educational nutrition and lifestyle program delivered through this website. The content is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Payments and Refunds

Access to Weeks 2–10 requires a one-time payment of $19. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 30-day refund policy if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact hello@first10weeks.com with the email address used at purchase.

The referral refund program works as follows: if 1 friend joins within 14 days using your referral link, you get $10 back — your program is free. The refund is capped at $10 total (one eligible referral) and is processed automatically after the 14-day eligibility window, subject to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

Access is tied to the email address you provide at purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including recipes, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by First 10 Weeks and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First 10 Weeks and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
